UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

At SAFIRO, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return a purchase, here’s our returns process:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return products purchased online or in-store within 14 days of receiving your garments, provided they are in their original unaltered and unworn condition, with labels attached and in the original packaging.
  • Customised or made-to-measure items are not eligible for returns due to their bespoke nature.

 

Initiating a Return:

  • If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected]. We appreciate any feedback on why the item didn’t meet your expectations.
  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

 

Returning Your Item:

  • Please send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • Remember, the item remains your responsibility until it safely arrives at our facility.
  • We recommend using DHL, FedEx or another courier for reliable and trackable returns. 
  • Please use the original packaging for the return, attaching the fresh return address label and courier documentation provided.
  • For international returns, clearly mark the package and paperwork stating that the items are returns for a refund to avoid incurring import duties.

 

Important Notes:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage or duty costs incurred.
  • We will only process refunds for items returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • If a returned item does not meet our returns policy criteria, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of collecting the item from SAFIRO.

We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels still attached, however dependant on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Please allow time for this.

If you have had any custom alterations or bespoke, as per our terms and conditions, the goods cannot be returned.
