PLACING AN ORDER
If you live in the UK, you can arrange an appointment to see our collection at Nicola Donati Luxury Style Retreat in the heart of Belgravia.
You can also buy our garments in our e-Boutique on www.safiro.com/shop. Once you place an order, our team will contact you to confirm your measurements and any additional requirements. Your order will be made by our artisans in London and ready for dispatch within 14 days.

Our garments are made in line with European sizes. We provide detailed measurements and size conversions in our size guide. Our team are also available to assist you further with any sizing enquiries you may have.
Once you place an order, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the measurements for your size are correct and any adjustments required.
It’s possible to take your own basic measurements using a measure tape or one of the sizing apps (app names).
In order to take your size dimensions using a measure tape, please follow these steps:
1. Bust: To find this measurement, raise your arms and wrap your tape measure around the part of your chest with the most volume. This will give us a ‘Bust Measurement’. Be sure not to let the tape slip down on your back or sides. Keep the measuring tape taught but comfortable.
2. Waist: This can be found by wrapping your measuring tape around the part of your waist that is the most ‘pinched-in’. Again, make sure your tape doesn’t slip too much when taking your measurement, but don’t hold it too tight or your new pieces will do the same. Now you have your ‘Waist Measurement’.
3. Hips: Measure with your tape around the widest part of the hip – an easy measurement to take.
4. Height: Let us know your height from floor to crown.

delivery and shipping
Your order will be sent to you via courier or signed for international or domestic service. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number for your shipment.
Certainly! Our shipping rates are £12 for all of our international customers. We have a select range of couriers whom we trust with your special pieces to ensure they get to your quickly and safely. Yes, we include insurance for all shipments.
If your order delivered within the UK, VAT tax will be included in the price when you place an order.

Yes, you can your garment in the original packaging to our office in Mayfair. Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation and address details.
Product care
Our garments are made primarily from natural fabrics and will require professional care. The way you choose to care for your garments will have a huge impact on its lifespan and fit – so it is vital we get this part right.
We offer warranty on our items and will be able to help you make necessary repair within 1 year of purchase. For any repairs that are out of warranty or as a result of wear and tear, there may be a charge applied to the repair. Any charges will be presented to the client for confirmation before any work is carried out. Please contact our team for further details.
