SAFIRO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to SAFIRO online boutique.

We want you to be happy with every SAFIRO purchase and want to make it easy for you to choose and buy our creations. We encourage you to contact us either via e-mail at [email protected] or via phone +44 (0)203 633 8513 for a consultation about our garments, size, fit for your body shape and style for your occasion.

We have taken care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur due to your computer display. If there is anything which you do not understand or would like to ask prior to purchasing, please contact us on +44 (0)203 633 8513.
Our size guide is based on your actual body measurements. Please refer to this. However, if you are between sizes please do email us and we can recommend styles or quote for a custom order.

All our garments are limited edition. If a garment is available in your size, we’ll be able to dispatch it within 48 hours. If a garment you’ve selected is not in stock and can be pre-ordered, we’ll make it in your size after you place an order. The delivery timeline will be stated in the description of each garment and is approximately 14 days. We’ll confirm to you in writing and send you a tracking number once we dispatch your order.

We’ll take your card details once you place your order and charge your card once your order is ready to be dispatched. You have 48 hours to cancel your order before we start producing it and take your payment.
We send the majority of our parcels with DHL and on occasion use other recorded delivery services. The delivery charges are stated at the check-out.

If for any reason you are not happy with the garment you bought, you can return it if it’s been unworn, unaltered or adapted in any way, and in immaculate condition with original packaging and with labels attached, within 14 days of receiving it. We expect notification that you are intending to return your product within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Details about how to return are within your parcel. The costs of shipping for returns are payable by the customer.

Your order will be dispatched via DHL unless we state otherwise. When we receive your order we will be in touch with an estimated lead-time and delivery date. We will provide you with the tracking info once your order has been confirmed and your parcel is on its way.

If your order is to be sent outside the UK, any customs or import duties will be chargeable once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely though from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you  aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

If you would like to return your products, please notify us of your intention to return within 48 hours of receipt of goods. It would be helpful if you could let us know the reason for return. Please return your goods in the same box used for delivery with the fresh return address label attached, along with documentation provided by your chosen courier. If using a domestic postal service, you must use a trackable service.

You must write on top of the box, and on the necessary documentation that the goods are a return of purchase for refund, otherwise you may be liable for import duty.

We are unable to offer refunds for international postage or duties. Only goods in their original condition with all labels still attached will be accepted for a refund. We will arrange a refund via an original method of payment as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels and packaging, however, depending on credit card type, this can take up to 10 working days to show on your statement.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order or send you confirmation by email even if your payment has been processed immediately.

We may refuse at our discretion to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions;
(d) where goods ordered by you are not available;
(e) if we do not deliver to your area.

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 10 days of your order.

We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on our website. Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the website.

Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country’s government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
